It looks like you have a duplicate payment.


The developer has no rights to pay for the Apple Store. Please contact the Apple Store if you have a problem with the Apple Store’s payment or credit card duplication.

Apple will attempt to make a virtual payment with a payment card approved deposit of US $ 1  to validate the customer’s credit card. This is a virtual payment where the amount is not actually charged. It’s not a duplicate payment, so you can rest assured. This money will be automatically refunded by your financial institution.


Where do I check my purchase history?


You can check your purchase history in the App Store.


How do I refund my app?


The developer can not view the customer’s purchase history and can not determine the refund. You must apply for a refund directly to Apple.


How can I cancel my subscription?


Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled. If you do not want to renew your subscription, you must cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the trial period.


You can cancel your subscription from the Apple ID subscription menu in the app.


If you cancel your subscription, you can continue using your subscription until the next billing date.
